Step 1: Initiate process to reserve incentives by completing and submitting this form within the reservation application submission period.
Step 2: A lottery system is instituted and will place reservation application forms in random list order.
Step 3: Reservation applications within budget will be reviewed to ensure the project meets program and incentive requirements.
*Remaining reservation applications not within budget for review will be placed on a waitlist.
Step 4: The TECH Team reviews the reservation application form.
*If corrections or additional information is needed, participants will be contacted via email or correction request link.
Step 5: Separate electronic signature links are emailed to the contractor and property owner.
Step 6: Registration with the California Department of Industrial Relations (DIR) is required prior to final approval of the reservation application form.
Step 7: TECH Incentive Manager completes final review of reservation application form.
Step 8: Contractor and property owner are notified by email whether reservation application is approved/not approved.
*If approved, a copy of the reservation form, program terms and conditions, equipment requirements and additional program requirements are provided.
